Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse an order, especially if I/my work are disrespected or being asked to create something hateful.

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time, for any reason.

I have the right to blasklist anyone from my services at any time. My blacklist is not kept public.

I do not have the responsibility to provide compensation to people who buy stolen or scammed designs or pieces from me. My ONLY socials I take commissions on are my instagram cryptid.kennel and my Discord, cryptid.kennel, and BlueSky cryptid-kennel.bsky.social. Anyone else is NOT me.

I reserve the right to take a hiatus upon being injured, sick, having a family, pet or medical emergency, or a family/friend passing.

I accept Payment via Cashapp.

My turn around time may vary between a few weeks - a few months. Please reach out to me if I’ve missed you in Queue.

You may not distribute or sell my artwork without permission/notification. In terms of art being used for merch, redistribution, etc. In these cases the commercial rights to do so must be purchased.

If you request a refund before or during the sketch stage you will receive it, but not be permitted to use the sketch. However, once the lineart stage has been started I do not offer any refunds.

You may edit or revise my designs if purchased via adopt or custom design. you do NOT have to commission me to do so, but you may. (Changes during initial order for Custom Designs is free.)

All orders for artwork must provide CLEAR, DIGITAL refrence sheets. References of any other media or verbal description will procure a service fee.

ALL of my pieces are an up front payment. I only offer payment plans for high AB adoptable designs and Reference Sheets or Bundles.

Changes during the sketching or lineart stage will be free, but any major changes to lineart or onward will be an additional service fee in order to execute.

If you need your commission rushed then there is a $15-35 rush fee based on the piece to do so with me.

I reserve the right to work on personal pieces while/during my commission queue. This not only allows me to warm up, but also ensure I don’t hit burnout while working on paid pieces.

My Artwork Must be credited to me or one of my Social Media's on any platform it is shown on. The only acception are my designs, as they must only be credited on the Original Design Piece.

You MAY NOT use my designs or Artwork to make a Profit; this includes in Merch, Stickers, Advertising your Work, etc, without buying permission to do so. I will not ask for a percentage of Sales, and instead for an upfront Fee.

You May use my Artwork for yourself Personally however you'd like; this includes as Icons, Character Artwork/Worth, Profile Banners, etc. Similar rules apply to Species which contain my Artwork.

If you did not commission/recieve the Artwork then you may not use, repost, or share my artwork without my Permission and Credit, unless it is a Fan Art piece for a Fandom. However, I must still be Credited.

I Reserve the right to use your commissioned Artwork for my Benefit. This is through Commission Examples, Sharing on my Social Media, Potential Merch, etc. There are minor Exceptions to this.

I no longer offer P2U bases at this time.

I only Accept USD Payment Via Cashapp. I only accept DA Points or Artwork IF explicitly stated with you on my own Accord.

Payment is to be made up front in FULL. I do not accept partial payment for a piece. However, you may commission a Flat Piece then later upgrade it to Shaded via paying the Difference.

If I am Pestered about my Prices, Payment Requirements, or Payment Currency you Can or Will be temporarily or permanently Blacklisted from my Services.

My Blacklist IS NOT Public, and will Never Be in order to Avoid Public Conflict.

Despite the Blacklist not being Public, if you attempt to contact me or commission me while on it, I will Notify you of being Blacklisted. If you do not respect this you will be Blocked.

Blocked Users are Blacklisted Permenantly or Indefinately, and you may be blacklisted for breaking ANY of my terms. The severity of the violation dictates if it is Permenant or Temporary.

If you are found to be KNOWINGLY commissioning my services to a Blacklisted User you will both be Permanantly Blacklisted from my Services. Design Trading, unless Immediate after purchase, does not fall under this Term.

If you are Found to be making New Accounts to attempt to Commission me or my Services you willl be Blocked and Permenantly Blacklisted.

Disrespect, Slander, Inappropriate Flirting, Pressured Friendship, or anthing of the like Will also Place you on my Blacklist.

If You'd Like to Request my Blacklist to ensure you are not accidentally breaking one of these Terms you may, However if I find you have made it Public, Shared it, Or used such information to Insite Conflict you will be Permenantly Blacklisted
